Ordering

When will my order ship?

At TinyTide, we know that once you’ve picked out the perfect children’s clothing for your little ones, you’re eager to see them wearing it—and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our team typically needs 1–2 working days to carefully process, inspect, and package your complete order, ensuring that every item—whether it’s a soft cotton onesie, a durable pair of toddler jeans, or a cute occasion outfit—is in perfect condition before it leaves our warehouse.


For more intricate pieces that require extra care—such as outfits with delicate embroidery, layered designs, or detailed accessories like decorative buttons or appliqués—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This additional time allows our team to check for quality, ensuring that every stitch and detail meets our standards for durability and safety, so you can trust that the clothes will hold up to active play and frequent wear.


Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Where do you ship to?

TinyTide is proud to deliver children’s clothing to families worldwide, offering shipping to almost every country. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a quiet suburb, we’ll make sure your little one’s new outfits reach you.


Shipping times vary by destination: most orders within North America and Europe arrive in 5–10 working days, while deliveries to Asia, Australia, and other international regions typically take 10–15 working days. These are estimates, and delays can occur due to factors like customs processing, local postal service schedules, or unexpected weather events—unfortunately, these are beyond our control.


For international orders, please keep in mind that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are determined by your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential costs, as these are not included in your purchase price.

A large portion of our materials—including soft cotton, breathable linen, and durable organic blends—comes from trusted local suppliers. This not only supports local businesses and skilled craftsmanship but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with long-distance transportation. All materials undergo strict safety checks to ensure they’re free from harmful chemicals, gentle on sensitive skin, and strong enough to withstand the wear and tear of kids’ daily adventures.


For specialized fabrics or accessories (like hypoallergenic zippers or non-toxic dyes), we partner with global suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability, ensuring every piece meets our high standards.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

We strive to make sure the product images on our website accurately reflect the colors of our children’s clothing, so you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives. Our photography team uses professional lighting and high-resolution cameras to capture true-to-life hues—from the soft pastels of a baby outfit to the bright, playful tones of a toddler’s t-shirt or the subtle shades of a school uniform.


That said, slight color variations can occur. These may be due to differences in fabric batches (natural materials like cotton can vary slightly in tone) or variations in monitor settings (brightness, contrast, and color calibration can affect how colors appear on screens). Rest assured, these differences are minor and won’t impact the quality or appeal of the clothing—but if you have concerns about a specific item’s color, feel free to contact our team for additional photos or details.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your TinyTide purchase. For full details on our return policy—including timeframes, eligibility, and step-by-step instructions—please visit our dedicated “Returns & Exchanges” page.


In short, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original, unused condition (with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact). This includes unwashed clothing, unworn shoes, and unopened sets. Custom or personalized items may have different guidelines, which are clearly noted on their product pages.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your children’s clothing arrives in perfect condition—using soft, protective wrapping for delicate pieces and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away.


To resolve the issue quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage or discrepancy, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost to you. If we need the damaged item returned for inspection, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.


Payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

At this time, TinyTide does not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. This decision is based on ensuring secure, efficient transactions for both our customers and our team, as COD can lead to delays and complications in processing.


Instead, we provide a range of secure, convenient payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and trusted digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are protected by industry-leading encryption technology, so your payment details stay safe. Plus, these methods make it easier to process returns or refunds if needed, ensuring a smoother experience for you.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?

Yes! We’re excited to partner with Afterpay to offer flexible payment plans for customers across the United States—including those in Los Angeles. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four equal, biweekly payments, with no hidden fees or interest as long as payments are made on time.


This option is available for most items on our website, making it easier to stock up on children’s clothing without waiting. Simply select Afterpay at checkout, create an account (or log in if you’re an existing user), and follow the prompts to complete your order. Your items will ship as usual, so your little ones can enjoy their new clothes sooner while you manage payments on a schedule that works for you.
